Arif Berke Vurel is an undergraduate student in Psychology at Bogazici University. He joined the Perceptual Neuroscience Laboratory in 2026 and is interested in the emergence of emotions and thought associations from sensory input and the dynamic relationship between perception,emotion and cognition. In the lab he is gaining experience in the design and implementation of cognitive neuroscience experiments and beahvioral data analysis, with a growing interest in EEG-based approaches for studying cogntion and emotion.
